On May 2, 2017, the kick-off meeting of the GlobDiversity project was hold at the University in Zurich. The consortium that consists of 9 partners met with ESA in Zurich to start the project. Thus, the project officially started and we begin now to engineer and develop the observation system to monitor Essential Biodiversity Variables (EBVs) with satellite observations.
